Every order is decanted to order, so it is filled and packed after payment clears, then handed to your chosen courier. Same day couriers are Metro Manila only.
We pack every decant extremely securely. Once it leaves us in good condition, breakage or damage during shipping is the courier's responsibility. Please inspect on arrival, film your unboxing, and file any breakage claim directly with the courier. See Returns.
