Every order is decanted to order and is considered sold the moment it is filled. We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges on the basis of personal scent preference, skin performance, or change of mind.
Fragrance impressions are subjective. Returns or refunds are not accepted on the basis of personal scent preference or skin performance.
We pack every decant extremely securely. Once it leaves us in good condition, breakage or damage during shipping is the courier's responsibility, not ours. Please inspect on arrival and file any breakage claim directly with the courier. We highly encourage you to take a video of your unboxing, that footage is your evidence when you report a breakage to the shipping company.
Scent perception varies based on skin chemistry, humidity, temperature, storage, oxidation level, and application method. Results may differ between skin and clothing. We encourage testing on your own skin before forming conclusions. All fragrances are authentic and stored with care. However, we do not control how the scent behaves on different individuals.
Since these are transfers from original bottles to decants, minor variation can occur due to oxygen exposure during transfer and temporary agitation of scent molecules.
A hybrid is blended by hand from the scents you choose into one bottle. The result is experimental and out of our control. It is final on order, with no refund, no remake, and no revision. Any allergy, irritation, or reaction is your own responsibility. Curated Archive holds no accountability for the blended outcome.
