Shadowmere opens on honey and cinnamon, a golden, almost candied sweetness that carries a faint curl of smoke from the very start. The heart deepens into warm amber and resin, where the honey turns darker and more grown up, sitting somewhere between dessert and incense. As it dries, vanilla and tonka smooth everything into a soft, smoky sweetness that lingers close and long.
