Bake opens with a bright lemony note that quickly melts into a whipped cream accord. It evokes the memory of buttery, chewy fondant icing, the kind you’d secretly snack on as a kid, rather than traditional buttercream. As it dries down, the scent deepens into a caramelized brown sugar profile, reminiscent of a blow-torched crème brûlée. A standout gourmand and easily my favorite in the category.
