Chocolat Noir opens like a freshly brewed cup of espresso meeting a square of dark cocoa, rich and aromatic on top. In the mid, brown butter toffee and white chocolate sweeten the composition, the cocoa deepening into a fuller chocolate impression. The drydown is vanilla and lingering coffee bean, sweet and warm without going syrupy. A decadent original gourmand from the Elnaris house.
